Shipping Information – Nippsy

Domestic (US) Orders
Nippsy offers two great shipping options for U.S. customers:
• Free Economy Shipping — arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment.
• Faster Shipping — arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

International Orders
We’re excited to ship to Canada and the UK with discounted international rates.
Orders are processed within 1 business day, and typical delivery time is up to 21 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection through Navidium:
• $1.50 for orders under $45
• $3.00 for orders over $45
This protection is automatically selected at checkout, but you can opt out by unchecking the box.
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Shipping Protection guarantees a free replacement.
Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the expected delivery date with supporting documentation.
